This month we were fortunate to have Antoine Dove ( from the TV series Biggest Loser) for a "Corporate Fit" seminar at Amscan. This seminar was not like many others where you sit and listen to someone lecture for an hour. After a brief talk, employees were encouraged to work with one another to develop a mini-work session in a limited space with a limited amount of time. It was really nice to see employees smiling and working together towards a common goal. In the clip above, Antoine takes a moment to talk about the Amscan Wellness Program and all that Lauren ( my wellness director) and I have done to build and run our successful corporate wellness program.
