Welcome Gorgeous!!!
Hi and welcome! I am excited to get started blogging about
food, health, and all things that I am passionate about. Be sure to share with your
family, friends and anyone else who might enjoy. I thought it would be fitting
to open my first blog with a quote, since I love them.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”- Marianne Williamson
Does this sound familiar? The first time that I heard this was in a scene from the movie Coach Carter, inspiration can be found anywhere. I love this quote and reading it inspires me - so I keep a copy at my desk at work. Occasionally, when I am having a rough day or need a pick me up, I read it to myself twice and remember I AM BRILLIANT, I AM GORGEOUS, I AM TALENTED AND FABULOUS!!!!! It truly warms my heart and makes me smile. By embracing and embodying this I believe I can achieve all my hearts desires.

Life throws tons of curve balls and obstacles, none which we
cannot overcome. At times you may want to give up or give in, but I am here to
tell you DON’T. In times of despair know that you too are BRILLIANT, GORGEOUS,
TALENTED AND FABULOUS.
